LEGAL NOTICE

The School Business Administrator/Board Secretary of the Frankford Board of Education, in the County of Sussex, State of New Jersey, by authority of said Board, solicits sealed bids for student transportation. Bids to be received at the Business Office of the Frankford Township Board of Education, located at 4 Pines Road, Branchville, NJ, up to 12:00 p.m. prevailing time on May 8th, 2026.

Specifications are available upon request at the Transportation Office of the Frankford Township Board of Education, located at 4 Pines Road, Branchville, NJ, 07826.

All bids must be submitted on the bid form contained in these specifications. Bids which are not submitted on such form may be rejected.

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10: 5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 Affirmative Action.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
