    WELCOME TO THE 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR! :)

    I will be using the "REMIND" app this year to communicate with parents and students about upcoming quizzes, tests, projects, etc. See directions below. Each class (team) has a specific remind group.

    • IXL's J.6, J.8, and J.11 due tomorrow (J.6 and J.11 to a 50%, and J.8 to an 80%)
    • Creating equations 10 questions is also due
    • **all unfinished classwork

    Team 3:

    • IXL's J.6, J.8, and J.11 due tomorrow (J.6 and J.11 to a 65%, and J.8 to an 80%)
    • Error analysis packet due if unfinished in class
    • Creating equations 10 questions is also due if unfinished in class

    • Solving for a variable worksheet (1.6) in notes packet
    • QUIZ tomorrow on summer math packet/ 7th grade content

    Team 3:

    For the 2019-2020 school year, please see the supply list posted below. Students will also be given this on the first day of school. Once they receive the supply list, they will be given several days to get the materials, but feel free to use this list and purchase them before school begins!

    Ms. Raymond 2019-2020

    Materials needed for Algebra Class

    • Binder for notes and important chapter resources ("Resource Binder")
    • Folder for homework worksheets and papers that have been graded and passed back
    • Notebook (1 subject with lined paper) for scrap paper or for loose-leaf paper
    • Pencils for class each day
    • One or more colored pens for grading work
    • Expo marker
    • Highlighter

     

    • All students will be given a textbook and a graphing calculator (eventually)
      • *Textbook should be kept at HOME for reference and studying purposes
      • *Students will also be given a graphing calculator, which will be kept at school
