    Swing back into a healthy and new school year  
     
    Remember to 1) eat a nutritious breakfast daily, 2) eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, 3) exercise daily , 4) remember to wear comfortable, supportive shoes and safety gear to prevent injury, 5) get plenty of restful sleep, 6) drink plenty of water, 7) wash your hands frequently,  8) when verysick, remember to stay home to recover from symptoms and don't forget to change your toothbrush, 9) boost your immunity and get your flu shot,  and 10) keep a positive attitude.
