Philosophy and Implementation of the Technology Standards

The Frankford Township School District infuses the NJ Student Learning Standards for Technology into all content areas through a cross curricular approach.  The integrated approach for technology’s applications is justified by the idea that skills and knowledge are best learned and understood when connections to the content areas and real life applications are identified and utilized for learning.  The cross-curricular integration of technological skills is imperative to engaging students in real world applications, design thinking and strategy based learning.
